Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Wrong Address or Missed Delivery

RefinedClub is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and provide the best possible solution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
