Wrong Address or Missed Delivery

RefinedClub is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
